1. THE MASTER THIEF
He is the leader of thieves. He does not have overall control of the thieves' gang/guild (divided as thieves always are) but he is feared and respected by all the other criminals in the city. As is to be expected he has many enemies as well.

2. THE ASSASSIN
This thief specialises in hired killings. The people he kills are often rich and powerful, as The Assassin is too expensive for the poor.

3. THE BACKSTABBER
This guy is deceitful even for a thief. He makes the Master Thief look like a Knight and nobody trusts him. He is purely venal and money is the only thing he holds in any esteem.

4. THE KNIFER
This man is a specialist in knife fighting and is invaluable in street fights.

5. THE KNIFE FENCER
This guy provides high quality knives and daggers for the more successful thieves to use.

6. THE BURGLAR
He steals indiscriminately from rich or poor not being involved in violent crime by preference. Although he won't have any qualms about killing anyone who gets in his way.

7. THE HEAVY
This man does work for mainly for nobles or landlords who want peasants evicted or rude merchants trashed.

8. THE TORTURER
This interrogator doesn't need racks or iron maidens to make people talk. A sharp object, a terrifying smile and some sawdust is all The Torturer needs to find the truth.

9. THE MADMAN
He kills for fun and takes orders from no body. He is like the Torturer except he needs no excuses to cause misery.

10. THE SECOND
The second in command to the Master Thief. He is loyal and takes care of the more brutal and dirty jobs of the Master.

10. THE KID
This kid will no doubt make a fine thief one-day. He possesses lock-picking skills and is almost impossible to catch. He spends most of his time sneaking into important buildings and delivering messages for influential thieves.

11. THE HIRED KILLER
Like the assassin except he is not as skilled and often hired to kill easy and poor targets.

12. THE HONOUR THIEF
This symbolises honour among thieves. He always needs a philosophy or excuse to commit crime but he never breaks his word.

13. THE PROTECTER
This criminal offers protection from other thieves to merchants and shopkeepers. Sometimes he has his own men rob a shop so that they feel they need his protection.

14. THE FIGHTER
This guy is an excellent swordsman and is often hired to lead a group of warriors in a less discrete assassination.

15. THE VASSAL THIEF
This is a loyal, strong and skilled thief that lacks imagination. This man will always serve other thieves because he can do everything other than think.

16. THE REBEL
This thief hates the way the hardworking peasants have to work for every scrap of bread while the rich nobles do nothing. He targets nobles and directs thieves under his command in a rebellion against the aristocracy.

17. THE CROSSBOWMAN
This man is held in high esteem for his mastery of the crossbow. He is often hired as an assassin.

18. THE COLLECTOR
This criminal collects protection money for the Protector.

19. THE FENCE
This man is one of many that sell stolen goods on the black market.

20. THE ENFORCER
The Enforcer either maims or kills men who personally insult the Thief master.

21. THE RIVAL THIEF
The second most powerful thief next to the Master Thief, he plots to kill the Master so that he can reign supreme.

22. THE BODYGUARD
The lead protector of the Master Thief who would rather die than fail in his job.

23. THE INFORMANT
This is a spy among the thieves that has caused several people to be arrested. He is also another person in this list.

24. THE SCOUT
The scout is a young girl that checks out the scene of the crime beforehand to make sure everything is safe and that things are running smoothly. She also is the first to see and city guards coming towards one of the thieves' hideouts.

25. THE SPY
The spy is an informant in the city guard that passes along information.

26. THE DIPLOMAT
This is a thief that negotiates with the city guard and other lawful organisations. He is protected by law as he is the only trusted link to the thieves.

27. THE MASTERMIND
This genius orchestrates huge plots and schemes. He has designed plans for many major robberies including magical objects.

28. THE APPRAISER
This man is an expert on jewellery and magical objects and evaluates them for the fence.

29. THE GOOD THIEF
This guy is a criminal that is like the honour thief except that he does not have any honour. However he has much greater moral standards than the honour thief, all in all is a pretty decent guy. He does not commit violent crime.

30. THE EXPENDIBLE THIEF
He is one among many thieves who are considered expendable. Some may become more useful over time but most do the dirty dangerous work.
