Tilde, the Fixer
Tilde is a charismatic hume who works as a fixer for the hume commune on the dark side of the moon, setting up contracts between the commune and freelancers or mercenary agencies.
Fascinated by: Tilde is quite simply fascinated by the rarified and finer things of human life; art, music, fashion, expensive liquors, and exotic food.
Seduced by: As the Hume have eschewed sex and conventional seduction, Tilde can still be tempted by expressions of pristine nature, and will go out of their way for someone that offers that.
Offended by: Tilde is deeply offended by sexual advances and physical contact, especially by non-hume humans.
Frightened by: Tilde is terrified of barbarism, and most of their work is directed towards supporting order and the status quo.

This I find a better illustration of the 4 sentence NPC concept compared to the last sub. The slightly contradictory of what this character is seduced and frightened by at the same time gives it a nice flavour.
