The Coat of Arms
A cloak designed to magically conceal one's weapons from all but the wearer.
Creation
Several such cloaks were created by the Brothers of Bastir for their priests on dark pilgrimage.
Appearance
The Coat of Arms looks and acts like an ordinary riding cloak.
Properties
Created so that the wearer might hide weapons on their person and if searched, the weapons could not be found. The uses can range from concealing murder weapons, to simplifying the assassination of influential individuals, the possibilities are numerous. The weapons in question can not be much larger than a shortsword or crossbow, but crossbows, daggers, shortswords, all seem to vanish when the wearer places them in the cloak. Up to twenty weapons may be concealed in this way.
Aura
The cloak has a powerful enchantment and is impervious to all mid level and lower magical detection. The Coat of Arms cannot conceal any extraordinarily powerful objects.
Drawbacks
In anti-magic zones the weapons may be either inaccessible or may randomly fall out of the wearer's cloak.
Twist
Occasionally, the wearer might find a weapon that a previous owner would have concealed. This can range widely from the macabre to the humorous upon the GM's discretion.

I want one of these! 5/5
Once you put these in a source book every party will have one, like a bag of holding or those marbles people use to talk with each other.
the idea seed/twist at the end is a fun one, it could be embaressing/rewarding/incrimminating to be at the same thieves guild meeting and leave with the 'wrong' cloak.
But question...let say I am a body guard for some high powered noble and some thin, darkly handsome man with self described pericing eyes and a strong inner confidence approaches me wearing a riding cloak. Can I search the cloak if I try it on?
You may find weapons at random if you wear it and know of it's nature, but if the coat is unworn or you are searching a wearer, then it will appear barren of weapons.
A very logical item, though I think it needs a drawback more common then anti-magic fields. As Axle says, everyone would want one.
Maybe you cannot easily draw weapons that are hidden - and the more weapons you store, the harder it is to find the one you want...
