Negev
Negev demons can take the shape of humans or elves and feed on emotions rather then on meat or vegtables.
In their normal form they appear as grey skinned humanoids, with glowing blue eyes and a small mouth that serves for speaking and breathing rather then eating.Instead of arms they have long tentacles, each with three claws on the end which can give a nasty scratch to a human. In combat one tentacle will try and entangle a person's arms whilst the other tries to rip the eyes out. They prefer not to fight without reason, however,as if cut off the tentacles take two weeks to fully regrow.
They feed by pinning a person's arms and placeing their lips on the person's forehead, and without causing physical harm they suck out a person's feelings of love,anger,rage,passion...all the strong feelings. A person drained like that will not regain such feelings for days or even,in some cases, for weeks.
There are people, some of them living in the Crystal City, who willingly allow themselves to be fed upon to remove unwanted feelings, so in some areas these demons are welcome.Others, through their own choice or through bad luck, have to ambush humans, through shape-changing or simple sneaking, to get their food.
When summoning one of these demons,it is best to remain polite at all times and not show any strong positive or negative feelings, as that would be like dangling a bone in front of the jaws of a hungry dog.
If they do get into a fight, these demons prefer to blind rather then kill their opponents, as a warning to those who would harm them.

The emotion eating aspect is interesting, as is a society where these demons would welcomed, even in a controlled manner is worthy of further examination. Otherwise this sub is a bit short.
I agree with Scrasamax on this one.
Hmm. You could have someone acting as a spy deep in a hated enemies lands - so hated that it is hard for the spy to maintain control. He keeps one of these carefully bound in his quarters that he 'feeds' with his loathing for his enemy.
Perhaps with enough 'feeding', the demon will become something... else.
A solid idea that holds at least a bit of potential of-yet untapped. I'd like to see this one revisited. BUMP!
