Lidda the Show-Stopper!
The object of many a sensual fantasy, few thieves garner as much attention as this leather-clad halfling
Appearance
Lidda is of average height for a halfling, in the area of 3.5 feet tall, she is also very thin. Her pale skin is set off by the full body leather suit she wears, a leatherette by popular jargon. The outfit is a skin-tight number with a large number of pockets and decorative straps. The most common image of Lidda is of her tugging a strap tight before vanishing over a wall, or down into someplace dark and forbidding. Always, she has a flashy smile, or a devilish sparkle to her eye.
History/Background
Lidda didnt fit in with the rest of the halflings in her village. While they were all quite content to plow the fields, eat eleven meals a day, and have prodigious numbers of hairy-footed children, she wanted more. Alot more. It wasnt long before she found her way out, after being caught stealing for the sixteenth time, the elders decided that perhaps living in the village wasnt for her and decided she should go spend some time with the big people.
It was there that she met Redgar the Valiant and Mialee the Beautiful. In such company she quickly gained two important skills. One was learning how to present herself to the public, being the daring damsel who snatched jewels from the dragon rather than being rescued from it, and how to be an adequate thief.
After several adventures with the legendary band of celebrity-heroes, Lidda became a celebrity in her own right, a symbol for the nascent grrl-power groups who agitated against the male domination of adventuring and the overabundance of chainmail bikinis of Protection +3. Some halflings idolized the pint-sized thief for escaping the doldrum life of halflingdom.
Quite in line with her peers, Lidda is not without her quirks. The rogue has dated most any single noble who is under 5'2' tall, smothing them with her insecurities, all of which evaporate when she is in the public eye. The halfling also has an eating disorder. She goes for long periods without eating to better fit into her leatherette, but then her halfling nature reminds her that her kind has grown used to eating nearly a dozen times a day and then the thief will do her beast to out-eat a brawny-barbarian.
Special Equipment
Being the Celebrity Thief, there is not a piece of rogue gear that she cannot lay hands upon in less than 24 hours. Many real thieves work hard to avoid her notice, or to be placed with her. More than one guildmaster has been apprehended by the authorities who just decide to tail the flamboyant thief as she gallavants through town. Her leatherette has a pocket, pouch or holder for most any piece of thief gear, as well as having mounting points for slipping into a climbing harness.
She also has a satchet of make-up powerder to hide the normal red hue of her halfling nose, as well as her freckles.
Roleplaying Notes
Lidda is the arch-typical celebutante (Paris, Lohan, etc) and ranges from being very articulate in her small area of expertise, that is leather fashion, thievery, and being a celebrity, I mean hero. Outside of that small venue she will smile and nod. She goes through boyfriends on a monthly basis, often decided to relocate after such liasons end, opening the door for the next one. When dealing with less experience adventurers, she will be snobby and have a holier-than-thou attitude. Her appraisal skill is quite good, and she can practically see dollar signs or GP numbers floating over peoples heads.
Plot Hooks
The More the Merrier - Lidda has decided that the newest hero (insert highest Charisma PC here) is to be the next love of her month, and decides to make herself available for social outings and galas. Can the PC make the best of the situation, can he hold onto his gold coins from being spent or stolen? Can he take the heat if he denies her?
Everywhere you Go - Lidda has picked up a nasty hobbit-stalker and contracts the PCs to serve as bodyguards, discrete bodyguards who arent noticed! Can the PCs keep up with the whirlwind of fame, can they keep their cool babysitting a wanna-be princess? Can they deal with the ex-lover who has sworn vengeance over his scorned love?
...and the Bible - the local faith has begun to decry Lidda as unwholsome and publicly reprimand her lascivious behavior and unpious ways. The local priest calls for her to renounce thievery and celebrity, urging her to shave her head and join a nunnery. Lidda wants the short girl in the party to do just that, and pretend to be her. Taste of low fame?

Liida reminds me a bit of Mialee.
I liked the other two. I like this one a great deal, just not as much as the other two. Still she and her companions are great foils for our more conventional PC adventurers.
Fun! Now, we're still missing some of the DnD 3rd Ed core characters :)
Who's volunteering to write tem up?
Good but not as good as the other two (both of whom I loved), but a good giggle nonetheless
Maybe the joke's wearing a bit thin, or maybe your inspiration is beginning to wane a little, either way I can't give this top rating I'm afraid
