1-Andrea’s Restaurant

If the story of it’s origin is true, this story was first made up by a jester at the court of the King of Kharnivhal, who had been sentenced to death for alleged intimacy with the Queen. Asked for his last words, he came up with this hilarious story about the overreaction of the Silver City Sheriff to a case of littering, involving the entire City Guard and a judge who happened to be blind so couldn’t see the evidence. The King apparently ended up in such a giggle fit that the execution was cancelled.

2-The Terrasquestone Tales

This is a story about a knight, two clerics, a noblewoman and several other people on their way to Terrasquestone to plumb the depths of the Gygaxian Gyre. Each has a tale to tell to provide entertainment on the way there, ranging from tales of battle and bravery to tales of humour and the clerics making sly digs at each other’s religions.

3 The Orcish Rover

This is a tale about a ship with a ridiculous number of masts and vast amounts of cargo and it’s crew, such as Paddy McGurk who was scared stiff of work, and what happened when there was a shipwreck.

4-The Donkey and the Dragon

This is a tale about a highly annoying enchanted donkey who so annoyed a King, that he had the donkey fed to a dragon. The donkey had the last laugh however, when he seduced the dragon into falling in love with him and then he and the dragon burnt down the royal palace, the dragon ate the King, and the donkey ended up becoming the new monarch.

5-The Rout of Pemberly

This entertaining tale is about a brief war between Kharnivahl and Vallermoore, when an arrogant General of Karnivhal led an army of over 1500 men into Vallermoore. The local mayor of the town of Pemberley, a noblewoman named Charlotte, hurriedly got twenty or so people together to put a stop to his night attack, which they did by making so much noise with their battle cries that the Karnivhalians thought they had run into a huge Vallermoorian army and ran for their lives, leaving both their cannons and many of their muskets behind.

As if the Karnivalians were not embarrassed enough when they found out the truth, their cannons were humiliatingly towed away by local farmers using their cart horses.

Shortly afterwards there was a battle upon The Field of 10,000 Skulls in which what remained of the once proud army of Karnivhal was utterly destroyed.

Vallermoorians tend to find this tale immensely entertaining whilst most Karnivhalians really don’t want to hear it.

6-The Queen’s Daughters

Also known as The Mad Queen and her Daughter this is a tale about the tragic death of the only daughter of Queen Yocasta and how she reacted by forcing other girls to be replacement daughters and had them murdered when they failed to be just like her original daughter.

In the end one of these girls, Amber, would escape, raise an army and defeat the now evil Queen.

7-The Picnic

This is a story about someone who brought a ticket to have a picnic on a ship and a trip down the Grand River, but swindlers had oversold the tickets, and the ship got so overcrowded that it sunk. The singer escapes, but vows never to go on such a picnic again, vowing to have his next picnic in his bedroom.
