1. Fried Aboleth and Chips

The only thing harder than properly frying aboleth is killing one to eat. Potato chips are okay, but the true gourmand knows that turnip chips are the best.

Grants improved essence/mana recovery rate for between 1 and 24 hours depending on the quality of the meal created

2. Basilisk Confit with Mixed Legumes and Herbs de Saimsan

Few things match the succulence of a basilisk slowly simmered in its own fat and juices. While delicious, the cooking process also serves to preserve the uneaten portions to prevent them from spoiling. Such a confit might act as a protein and fat supplement to rice, legumes, or bread for several meals. A delicacy in the big city.

Grants resistance to petrification

3. Spicy Mobat Wings with Donjon Frites

In contrast to chicken wings, mobat (giant cave bat) wings are large, with a hungry man only being able to consume one. Best made in fragrant spicy oil and fried to a crispy finish. Pairs the best with giant parsnip frites (fries)

Improves Perception

4. Bulette Soup

Bolettes are a touch critter to crack open, but their sweatbreads and other choice organs can be used to craft a Bulette soup that is rich and hearty, though some complain it can have an earthy or iron-y taste. It requires a long cooking time and strong spices, but is otherwise simple to make.

Improves stamina, and superior dishes can add damage resistance for a limited amount of time

5. Crujigusan (crispy whole rotisserie carrion crawler)

An orcish preparation, this requires trussing a carrion crawler to a spit (dont puncture it) and then slow roasting it. Once roasted, the creature can be peeled like a grotesque fruit and its now firm pale flesh can be sliced like firm tofu, rather than splattery white lymph. These slices (shape is based on preference) are battered in bitter or hot spices and then fried in fat or oil. The resultant crispy blocks or wheels are eaten with hot sauces, cabbage wraps, and spicy slivered pickled vegetables.

Grants immunity to fear effects

6. Cote de Catobe (Catoblepas tomahawk ribeye)

The key to Catoblepas is that after butchering and before cooking, the meat has to be boiled in a vinegar solution to remove the poisons and gamey taste. Once boiled, it is easily treated like beef, with the ribeye and related cuts being the best.

Improves Stamina and adds disease and poison resistance

7. Donjon Boil (spicy boiled cave fisher/dungeon louse with veg)

Cave fishers are large louse like dungeon crustacean/insects. They can be stunned and thrown in heavily salted and spiced boiling water with starchy vegetables to produce Donjon Boil. The difficult part, aside from the smell of the creatures cooking, is cracking open their shells for the sweet flesh inside. After the boil is done, uneaten cave fisher meat can be pulverized, mixed with flour, and made into donjon cakes which will keep for a longer time.

8. Grexian Fried Cockatrice (requires 11 herbs and spices) with slurry potat

9. Pokopan Crabman (Luau style crabman)
